You know that feeling when you want an excuse to sit and do fuck all but listen to music?

I need a break from the other forum I post on to be honest.

Cliffs;

Got fat, got shredded.

Started on test e and dbol. Ran dbol for 6 weeks just finished.

Upping test this friday to 750 just to see if It feels any different to be honest.

Dbol back in for the last 4 weeks finishing on May 3rd.

Straight into a cut coming in tight end of July for holdiday.

Get back and carry on cutting untill v v low BF then a blasting deca/dbol/test through the winter.

Training at the moment is 4 or 5 day split....I sometimes fit arms around back and chest to save a day.

Diet is pretty clean circa 4000cals cho 450/prot 400 and fat about 60-70g.
 
Excellent, a new journal! And from someone who knows how to get results, this should be a good read.

all right there buff stuff

srs tho you know how I feel just reduce the test and dry out. I don't feel you really need to cut as such.

Looking forward to the cut, really interested to see what ive managed to pack on during a pretty short bulk (3 months).

From yesterday..

BACK:

CHINS: Neutral grip/overgrasp 2 sets each of around 10 reps

WIDE GRIP BOR: 3 x 8+ @ 85kg (12/8 + 2 partials/10) - reckon I can probably up the weight a bit now. Wary of losing the contraction and form though.

                             3 x 10+ @ 70lg (12/12/12)

CG BOR @ 70 degs: 2 x 8+ @ 90kg - not sure about this little herbert at the moment. Need to check form.

CG Lat Pull Down: 2 x 10 @ 90 / 2 x 10 @ 85 - stil loving this.

Machine Row - 3 x 8 @ 100kg - not really sure this adds much to the session. I think I will look to swap with mabe another cable of some sort or some DB rows which I dont do at all for some reason.

Rear Delts on pec deck - 3 x 20 @ 20 / 3 x 15 @ 25 - note to self (nojakebugg) find a vid of someone using same peck deck and check grip.

BB Curl - all sets to failure with a very limited ROM. Just to 90 degs and back contstant tension.

2 x 40 / 2 x 35 / 2 x 30 / 2 x 25

Concentration curl Machine - drop set - 1st stack to failure on each plate big squeeze on each rep while I still could
 
I do know what you are saying re: the cut, I think though if I show you a pic in another 6 weeks you will call me a fat cnut and tell me to cut.

Ive gone full spastic bulk tbh which is quite unlike me. I thought about trying a lean bulk with a carb cycle but in the end I decided first run on gear etc I wasnt havng even the slightest chance that I would miss any gains ha ha.

So..

M1 - 100g oats/skimmed milk/dried fruit to taste

         50g egg whire powder + choc whey enough to taste

         2 x krill oil caps/green tea cap/ vit tab

M2 - 150g oats/20g peanut butter/50g egg white powder/20g whey/10g casein/blueberries/bannana - blended

M3 - 300g white potato/2 tins tuna/10ml olive oil/bbq sauce or whatever to taste

M4 - same as M2

M5 and PWO - 80g whey/40g wms

M6 - 500g white pottato / 150g (cooked weigh) chicken / 2 x krill oil tab

M7 - scoop casein

I train at different times and adjust as rewquired but that about it.

Cool - you're a brave man with the powdered egg white.

I really cant get away with the taste or texture of it so use LEWs in place of them.
 
Yer its a weird taste/texture. Always have to add a bit of choc whey to get it down.

Doesnt really mix in a shaker either haha.

I would use LEW's tbh but it would upset my mum to much....100% serious.
 
really keen to follow this. its my diet and will power that are shit!

A bit of context to the journal.

1 st pic of the series was about 7/8 months ago, full bod pic is what I consider to be the starting point, bare bones stripped down no where to hide etc, think i was 80kg, makes you realise!!....progresive up untill just after xmas. Vid is tonight at 102kg and flat.
