GH15- cycle for the poor body builder?

Day 1-25


Eq 900mg - mon,wed,fri


HGH 2iu waking/2iu before bed,


day 26 -50


add tren eod 100mg,


increase HGH to 5iu split


test prop e3d until day 50.


day 50-70


add test Enanthate 900mg - mon,wed,fri,


day 71


add mast at 50mg - mon,wed,fri.


Day 80 -120


reintroduce HGH @6-8iu EOD,


take tren out and introduce anadrol at 100/150per day


Run until day 120 then reduce test.


Think that's about it,but hopefully someone can post a link up,im on i-pad so cant post up a link,it's a 4month cycle apparently.

1 - eq at 900mg per wk, hgh at 4iu's ED


2 - same as week 1


3 - same as week 1-2


4 - add in tren ace at 100mg ED or EOD, test prop at 50mg EOD, everything else the same, EQ and hgh up to 5iu's ED


5- same as wk 4


6- same as wk 4-5


7- same as wk 4-6


8- add in test E at 900mg per wk, masteron at 50mg EOD (stop HGH) everything else the same


9- same as wk 8


10- same as wk 8-9


11- same as wk 9-10


12- add in HGH at 6-8iu's ED, stop tren ace, up test e to 1200mg per wk, add in anadrol at 100-150mg ED


13- same as wk 12


14- same as wk 12-13


15- same as wk 12-14


16- continue in a different article (which I think he never wrote) all I can tell is that you would reduce test e dose, dont know how much though...
 
Phase 4 is the slin bit I think he's guna write ,the idea is you are meant to be down to 6-8% then you use oxys to "blow up" etc.


He rates the hell out of eph too ridiculously so.

i thought he saying to take 900mg eq on monday, then wed, then friday?


anyhoo, if it was for a broke trainer then he would surely stick with test enan and not have any prop and not touch growth?
 
I've pretty much done it as my second cycle... Bit less frequent on the jabs but a similar overall dose which I upped over the course of a few months.


Went from looking like sh1t to looking decent but my diet was way too low in cals as I was trying to cut and bulk via high protein... It worked to an extent but I'd love to do it now I've got a fair handle on my nutrition and just eat properly, I can really see it being massively productive over say 3-4 months on a clean-ish bulk, although up the hgh enough and it can be whatever the fvck you want (within the realms of reality obviously, stuff 10k of cakes in and you're not gonna look good are you)


Not done the exact cycle to the same layout but dosage and compounds wise it was similar, very similar, test, lots of tren, bold, mast and var and a fair whack of growth.... It was life changing and did chNge my shape and balanced me out, plus i dropped fat with no real effort, I only did about 25-30 weeks on the hgh, dosed between 4iu and 10iu a day over the period and about 17-18 weeks on the aas though, was still cycling on and off like a mug at the time. Ended up on about 3G a week then came off as my BP started to concern me and had 12 weeks off... Then got back on... I've been off once for 10 weeks since..... Oops

Ps his reasoning for the cash is also down to the savings you make on food eating fish, rice, egg whites, pineapple and ice cream and also fucking off supplements completely. That would be the staple of the diet mixed in with the occasional junk meal.


He advised the cost at about 300 dollars a month, 500 dollars for the initial month.


So I suppose to anyone with any real dream of being Mr O then they'd be willing to invest their disposable income on this... You can prob till the Basic bill for food in at about 50quid a week so what's that... 30 dollars a week? 35.... Then you'd have to add the cost of whatever junk you indulge in I suppose but that's 'occasional' and I suppose we all do that anyway, some more than others!


So over the year lets say 325 dollars a month on gear, 250 on food... Give or take... Comes in at under 600 dollars so say 450 quid....


It's not too expensive, granted I haven't ACTUALLY sat and priced it up with uk gear prices but ill bet its not far off.... I'll leave that to someone who can use a calculator and has a brain......


Rules most of us out tbh....

It's certainly drummed up a little interest has this GH15 cycle,I think he even tells us to get a job(better job )for phase 4 or sponsors,truth is I wouldn't even know about the bloke,only because people on here started to post regarding his leaving one forum and setting up his own.


I do dc training so am a member of intense muscle(Dante's Forum)which apparently GH15 slates,the cycle seem's sound enough,but defo not for poor people,(Americans don't even have welfare/DSS).
 
Yeah he reckons DC training is just a recipe for injury.


Each to their own, I don't think you can really slate any training programme, it's whatever works for the individual that's the best approach, that's really all there is to it isn't it
 
DC training has sound principles ,just alot of claims over on IM & elsewhere in DC land that contribute some pretty serious gains to just the DC training + eating principles and very low gear claims which is abit hmm.


The GH15 cycle just means as budgeted as he could write it as he says to look a "modern BBer" you need the GH .


TBH even that GH works out cheaper than sourcing grass fed beef ,organic whole milk & wild fish.


The diet is kept simple as RTG said ,put your whey/creatine money on more egg white etc.


I'd defo give it a shot.

Kiss goodbye to sanity and hello to feeling fvcking dump! Least I can eat though.. I'm gonna buy a couple of bits over the next week or 2 then start in about 3/4 weeks.


This cut is killing me, I should stop but I kind of want to see how low I can get now, it's become my obsession.... The joy of single life.

Do it ,get as low bf as you can then you should grow right afterwards if everything is planned correctly.
 
Been DCIng a while now and it's like any training regime,progressively loading(adding more weight or reps)each week finally takes it toll on the body(irrespective of assistance),I've just swapped to 4 day regime(2 full workouts,2half workouts)because going full at it each session makes it really hard for the body to recover in time for the next workout.


All my lifts have improved for more weight/reps(dc style-rest/paused)but at the end of the day you can only go so far with it.


Think I might just give the GH15 cycle a whirl for summer,see if I can continue to gain,but at some point I think we all need to wind it down a bit,there's a big difference being a recreational bodybuilder/weight trainer vs top amateur/pro BBer.
 
God you'd hope reading some of that Lee thread he's doing the constant blagging on purpose cause he comes across like a right fucker totally .


Pity he was the 1st guy I ever kinda looked up too in BBin watching his DVD's etc ,when you get to know your "heroes" sometimes they sure are a letdown.


Bottom line is if I took what he took I wouldn't look anything like him ,nowhere near obviously ,I know that ,I'm not that stupid .....but I'd look 10 x better than now ,no1s guna convince me otherwise .
