Well I'll start with a bit of info about myself. I work in IT and I've been training since I was 13(now 32).
Originally played pro rugby league then after a couple of hernia ops had to give it up and moved just into training with weights. Have done a few courses(prob 1-2 a year). Currently weigh in at about 15-7 height 5ft 7. I'm in the middle of a 20week CLP primo cycle. First time on it and very happy with it.
I've found that I can't go anywhere near Test based AAS because I bloat up like the michellin man and get awful acne, which I never have normally. Can't see the point in making myself look bigger but covered in boils, so I'll stick to Primo, will probably go back on Tren again in futre also.
Training I do one body part every day total about 12 sets. This fits in with my current lifestyle, so I won't be changing for a while.
I'm considering being the first person in the journals section...why's it not used yet? I'd like to cut BF, but not sure I've got the dedication to diet properly TBH. If I get my mind round doing it, I'll stick it in a journal. hhmmm.
