How hard do you train -honestly

don't really do stupid heavy at anymore but fuck me have i been knocking the reps out lately, i mean really pushing the boat - especially with the rest-pause approach

Seem to be doing really well with my training,at the moment. Enjoying it.

Been getting DOMS again after some training days...that's got to be a good sign
 
Depends on the day, sometimes I hammer myself with volume other days ill do just enough to feel it working.


Don't really go lower than 6 reps on compounds except for the occasional double or treble if I'm feeling it, rest is between 8-15.


Could consistently work harder but I can't be arsed If im honest, long as I'm making progress in some way I couldn't give a fuck about the macho alpha shit.

Same here...higher reps and drop sets, rest/pause etc.


Scared getting more injuries, so I don't go as heavy as alot of people do.


I find the higher reps gives me more musclevolume too.
 
Different kind of hard training with today with shoulders. More volume than anything simply for the purpose of giving the joints a chance at life while I hammer the muscles into the ground. Ok, ok, so there were a couple of 6 rep sets in there too...
