I need motivation!

Today was a bit crap if i'm honest- was tired and the gym was packed and couldn't get to the equipment!


Attempted a (sort of ) Barbara workout:


Usually consists of:


20 Pull ups


30 Pushups


40 Sit ups


50 Squats (bodyweight)


With 3 min rest between rounds for 5 rounds


Couldnt get to the pull up bars so i did it withou them and only 2mins rest- this is very very tough! legs were pure burning at the end!


Oh and started with the mandatory 1 mile run- getting faster will hopefully up to 2miles. Its not that i dont feel capable i just hate running!

300 Workout again unfinished- just cant do the pullups at the end! 16mins


10 sets of 10 with 60kg squats


puls 3 sets of 50 150lb cable crunches
 
Right so I bust my back again.


Same muscle torn but not as bad, upshot is basically i havent trained in 2 weeks!


I will hopefully be back to some light stuff again on monday

Tried the above


5 x Deadlift 5 x power clean 5x thruster.


Was brutal, knew I wouldn't manage the 1 set per minute on the minute for 20mins so I did as many sets as possible in 20 mins. Manages 12.


Used 40kgs and this was extremely tough.


Then went and did 2 sets of 10 tyre flips (no idea how heavy it was)


Strangely I am feeling fitter already although this could all be in my head, enjoying this different approach to training.
