I did train yesterday. It was squat, bench, row day and i chucked a few extras in to finish off.
Squat 5 x 5 - 100kg (was meant to be 97.5kg!)
Bench 5 x 5 - 100kg (as above!)
Row 5 x 5 - 90kg
Lat raise/ upright row - 3 sets
Dips 3 x 5 - +25kg
Overhead tri/ press down - 3 sets
Eatings been pretty consistent hitting around 4000 cals per day, majority of its clean but the odd sausage and egg mcmuffin thrown in here and there. The site im working on is right next to a mcdonalds so it would be rude not to!
