DB incline bench press:(60''): 3 x 8---5kg


BB smith sloulder press:(60'')6''top:2 x 12---12.5kg


Lateral raises(60'')6''top: 2 x 20---2kgr(totak:4kg)


Reverse skullcrushers(60''):2 x 12---10kg


After that 15-20 minutes ups and downs on a treadmill!!!!! I fell very well.
 
Here again. ! I hosted my coysins and I didn't had enough time to write my training!


BB squat: 3 x 20--17.5 kg


leg etension: 2 x 20:--12.5


seated leg curl: 3 x 8--17.5


calf raises: 2 x40--10

SS1b:Skullcrushers: 3 x 10--no kg


SS2a:Hammer curls: 3 x1 12--5


SS2b:Tris rope extensions: 3 x 12--7.5
 
Back again after my wedding and my wonderful honeymoon at Canada!!!!!


I am wondering why we came back!!


Back to reality !!!


Destination next??somewhere in GREECE probably.


Until then back to gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The weather here is too hot for me to decide going for training.

fcuk it mate her english is very good. waaay better them my greek she should see my journal full of me setting myself back and fcuking around atleast she consistant with everything (apart from undating this journal :tongue: )

i managed to lift 40kg at bench press


and 120kg at leg press.not bad!!


Also 13kg at db incline bench press and 16kg at db rows!!!!!!!


It's not necessary to refer my 90kg for 3 reps at SLDL!!!(WHAT A DIFFICULT EXERCISE)

SLDL was on the Smith, it's very good but if you had managed the 90 kgs with a free bar, I'd be scared as fuck
