Ozempic etc

New Hybrid

all time third top poster brahs!
Can some run me through how to use this? Or post a link? My problem with lifting weights is I get ravenous and eat everything in sight. I'd been off lifting all together for around 3 months due to a few injuries but being a dog walker I was still active. I swear I'm in worse shape now I'm lifting again. I'm trying to regain muscle mass I've lost from not training. That's beginning to show but my gut is getting bigger again too.
Used to sort this out with a few weeks DNP once or twice a year but seems like it's no longer an option so looking at these slimming pens. Has anyone used them while adding muscle? Or am I looking at cut 1st then bulk etc again?
I'm hoping to do 1 last powerlifting competition in November as there's a record I'd like to bag before retiring. For now I'm just training the muscles though as back and shoulder won't let me go heavy on the big 3.
Thanks for any and all advice lads.

Granted I haven’t used, but doing a fair bit of reading and from what I’ve found retatrutide seems to come out best as it’s the third generation of glp

Not available in a pen (that I’ve seen) but is a vial like growth etc as it’s still going through clinical trials but fairly available from what I’ve seen from most AAS sources

Tempted to have a bit of a whirl on it myself to be honest

My Mrs has Mounjaro.... It's a pen, comes in doses from 2.5 all the way to 15mg. You get 4 doses in a pen. SubQ. Mounjaro is the appetite suppressant hormone med so my mrs gets fuller quicker, less urge to snack but still requires a little discipline. You can still eat how you would normally eat just less of it (and if you don't eat healthily it would help to change those habits).

Ozempic IIRC is the one that kind of blocks fat digestion so you basically cannot eat a tonne of stuff and if you do, it's full on squits thru the eye of a needle. My issue with that is it teaches no-one anything about long term diet or portion control. It works, mainly because you have limited food choices and none of them contain fat

I’m currently on ozempic, 7wks in and 7kg down. I also have a hunger issue as I’m on a med that makes me ravenous and it’s really helped keep it at bay. No side effects at all and because you can only eat a bit it makes you eat well, the only time I ate some crap (daughter’s birthday) it made me feel like death so clean eating all the way.

Did you get on it Neil?

I am thinking of trying one of those for the potential anti inflammatory effects.
Anyone have any info?

Also slight change of subject, anyone using low dose of deca/npp for joint health?
