would it be any good on cycle for mass? it looks good but there's no isolation work so i'm not sure if it would help make the most out of a cycle?


the routine is the following alternating each work out. 3 times a week.


Workout A:


3x5 Squat


3x5 Bench Press


1x5 Deadlifts


**2x8 Dips


Workout B:


3x5 Squat


3x5 Standing military press


3x5 Bent Rows (or power cleans)


**2x8 Chin-ups

IMO yes!!


Its a tried and tested routine.


Give it a go mate i say


I have used the routine (im natty tho) and made very good gains from it.


I will probably go back to it one day actually
