RTE Protein Brownie is less than 5 mins

Right, this is too simple, based on the Brownie in a Mug recipe.

One mug
add 2 tablespoons flour
add 1 tablespoon sugar
add 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate based whey (plain or cookie, or nutty one)
pinch of salt
mix
add 3 tablespoons water
add 1 tablespoon melted virgin coconut oil
mix
Microwave for 90-100 secs
Eat

You may need to tweak things marginally if it comes out a bit dry or anything (cook for less, bit more oil/water or adjust dry ingrediants)

I had one with my PWO meal instead of my usual jellybabies.... wanted a little more protein as I felt I had underserved the chilli I had. Turned out good. Shame I didn't haven't any ice-cream to top it off with
 
Add a teaspoon of chocolate powder/cocoa etc if you want a stronger taste.

But macaroni.... that ain't right.
 
About a teaspoon then...... I don't weight shit, I just chuck it in LOL

I might try that for tomorrow then.
 
Dv can't believe how easy these look. Will try these tomorrow for sure mate and post back
