The old Trainsmart systems needed a little bit of logic and understanding from the operator.


The current 2008 version breaks it all down for you at the press of a button - it's foolproof.


V02 max thresholds, fat-burning thresholds, calorific utilisation etc is there instantly.


There is no room for a muck up therefore your statement holds no merit at all bud.

No probably not. Just the ppl behind then, again re-itterating my point. Merit is only as good as the ones dispensing it, nothing against you but it origins is what ppl find fallable and that being from a particular 'board'.
