I do wear wrist wraps and did put on sleeves today just in case. Strangely enough the bows aren't hurting at all after that session. Seems to be heavy bench that causes an issue at the moment.
Wrists are pretty fatigued after 20+ years of running round with 40kg's+ of papers in my arms 100's of times a day so I'm always pretty protective of them even though they don't really give me any issue.
