Thicker Arms

I've had a Google, so I've already got some ideas.
But what would you guys recommend for arm thickness.
So say my arms, look decent(ish) from the side. But from in front or behind they look stick thin.
 
I think I know exactly what you mean GG but do you mean width rather than thickness though ?

Mine were always the same, even now it's still rather obvious and I do fuck all, but I'd say it's down to genetics unfortunately, What I did find helped for triceps was decline narrow grip bench for some reason, seemed to hit that outer head more giving the arm more width from the front and back, biceps, fuck knows, but I always had to hammer them with heavy dumbell rows and concentration curls to get anything.

Yeah, I'd say Thickness works better.
I'll give the decline NGB a go. I've been hammering regular and over head extensions trying to hit that lower head a bit.
 
Superset bi with tri
3 bicep and 4 or 5 triceps

Take the next day off from Weights and levee atleast 3 days before you do you're back
