I know this has been asked plenty of times before so I've got my crash helmet on ready for the rain off pisstakes to start !
I'm 28, around 90kg, somewhere between 15-20% body fat I'd say, been training on and off (mostly on) since late teens but back at it solidly for last two years, diets decent , not particularly strict but always in a slight surplus.
Always fancied seeing how I'd react to steroids but never gone ahead as felt I was either too young or not reached anywhere near max natural level but now is the time, tried MK-677 and felt I had decent results.
So question is what would be your recommendation for first course? Purely muscle and size gain is my goal, always liked the big and bulky look and is more realistic as I'm not a fan of hard dieting
