Back In The Gym..2021

Had some ripping in the old pec yesterday
Looks like a grade 1 strain fvckin nightmare, sore as fvck on stretch and swollen....no bruising...i did some light hammer incline today and hammer decline with minimal pain. Should i just rest n stretch for a week or so, or do light exercise ed...ive jabbed small amounts of gh in the pec, i could isolate it and train left pec thats slightly less developed in upper area..or do fvck all and have regular soft tissue work for scar tissue..any input welcome...

Started prep this week....mostley beef with rice, potato, wrap and on its own pre bed..simple..eggs and blueberry whey shakes 3x day..dunno the macros yet not really counting.just cleaning it right up atm...pecs healing good can do moderate training on it now so all good..still t.prop and mast only atm..and a bit of gh for pec.

Been on a low dose for a month and lost 7lbs, that a nice drop. Sticking to diet and plan and look really shit already lol, ive jabbed 1mil of ttm 500 today and will do two more shots in the week...tri tren and ace with a little prop..pecs alot better now and able to get a decent workout on it using iso lateral stuff.I wont be doing any refeeds or any of that bollocks this time and limit the cardio, prob keep it basic all way through training wise and as heavy as poss...tempted to try a fat burner ultra burn or thermo lipid later on. Im not craving any junk food so far happy with that.Type of food is keeping me full, if i start chewing the doors in the kitchen il just drop tabs and fvck my appetite up...
 
Food for next two weeks,beef n fish.., gonna keep carbs around 150 from rice... no cycling carbs yet or much cardio..as long as i feel flat n look shit im gtg ..gonna up tren slightly.
