Pre Work Out Recommendations

The pre workout market is a complete mind fuck.
Back when it used to be just a choice between Jacked3d, superpump and NOexplode. Not so much anymore! What you guys using?
I'm looking for something economically priced with lots of caffeine and lots of pump ingredients.

The original Jacked3D was insane! I Can remember me and my old gym partner opening it up like it was full on Class A gear hahaha

I was never a fan of jacked tbh. The original formula for superpump however. Fucking hell, that shit was like speed. We went out for a night drinking and took like 6 scoops each with alcohol. It was a good night

The only thing I can remember is having a tingly neck 10 minutes after having it.
Pretty sure people died from heart attacks taking that stuff that’s why it was banned.

Alpha Neon - Darkside Onslaught. It is absolutely insane. Blend of stim and nootropic ingredients.

Also no beta-alanine which is a bonus for me cos hate that itchy tingly feeling.

I've done that but just found I crash once it wears off and the beers hit

All the good stuff is banned and some of the nootropics can give you a horrible wired insomnia.

Monster energy/caffiene drink of choice these days.
Plus you don't really want to be pushing the BP when it could already be significantly elevated at times during a workout.

Yep 200mg caffeine in a tablet for me. Slower to digest, kicks in around 1/3 through the session fully

No nutty come down. Decent sleep too

look at the new version of hooligan that should fit the bill

new version of crack due also, crack gold was very good
