Your diet looks more enjoyable then mine lol I'm keto most days or very low carbs I haven't had a 100-150g carb day this wk the highest carbs have been is about 70g today.... Of I up carbs I struggle to drop the weight... I'm so flat tho it's unreal! Gonna intro some more carbs next week and see how I feel.... Cals must be 2.5-3k for me ATM.... In off season I'd have had this in my 1st 2-3meals! Lol how are finding training ATM?

Training is going good strength aint to bad but not getting as many reps as failing quicker. Ive just started cutting back carbs a little more , will prob drop to 150 in a week depending on how things go.
 
What's the plans with dropping the carbs mate? Are you wanting to compete next year?

Am dieting for a photo shoot as not really got any good pics.
 
Quick up date diet is going ok am getting leaner but weight is staying same for time being, Training is going well to strength is still good despite diet, Cant wait to get back in the gym on monday. My weakest bodypart was chest and that has improved slightly and doesn't look as bad.

Took a long time for my chest to start responding as well
 
Diets gone good today, not sure what am gona eat 2moz while in leeds, prob just rice cakes and protein shakes. Cant wait to meet everyone :)
 
Should be a real good competitive show wish I was going looking forward to updates mate

I competed in it last year was awesome, the best show Ive been 2. Chest is my weak point but its slowly getting better.

I am just sorting everything out now getting cammera and memory cards sorted and working out the best way to do everything tomorrow.

J if you were dieting for a comp what would you change or would you run it the same?
 
Well am fcuked after today was hard work, didnt eat much 3 rice cakes and 3 protein bars and couple of shakes. Had fun though and was good to meet people of here. If I do it again will take more battery's for camera.
