looking good mate I know your natural but I would be careful of how much more size you put on for the fitness model look I would say your approaching the limit def get leaner and sharper but they want a very specific look.

in bodybuilding terms your legs are good but if you look at most mens health models your legs are massive in comparison. Im not trying to discourage you mate I have a client who wants to the the mens health thing so I went away and did a lot of research on the criteria so I could adjust this training and nutrition around this, luckily he has no legs lol

Thanks buddy! I take your comment on board, but the guys in the top 5 this year are certainly bigger than me (or I perceive it that way - muscle dysmorphia may be kicking in ha)

Re the legs, I'll prob wear trousers haha. In any event, I do not realistally think I'd be chosen for mens health. The main reason being that I suffer with a skin complaint, so i have scars/patches etc. Im merely using it as motivation to stay lean whilst growing :0)

I think you are seeing something else mate haha there not any bigger than you maybe slightly leaner and tanned but they certainly dont have the legs you have

Maybe your right, but they look awesome regardless!
Although i train for aesthetics primarily, i also enjoy keeping fit!

In contemplation of tomorrows workout, my deadlift is a weak link! My training partner returns tonight so i should have an extra bit of motivation.

For those who dont know, i also have my own gym down my garage!

As I said in your other thread looking great, real inspiration for nattys out there like myself. You need to update your avi mate, you are looking a lot bigger now than that. Good luck with your goals and this journal:thumb:

i met a lad who had got to the finals of the comp and its crazey how much was lighting.. he had abs out and looked full, but in all honesty arms wee circa 15'' bf% 12ish

he admitted himself though they make the pics much better with lighting and brushing up etc...

that said i think you have a very aesteticly pleasing look. the lad said to me it was literally all arms and chest in the groups taht were there... however e said the judges seemed impressed with good action man lines apparently .

best of luck with this though mate, i spoke to you a bit on ukm a long while back

Week 1 - Weakness day

Deadlift (120s)
180kg x 5 5 5 4(5hitched) 3

Pullups (60s)
Bw x 10 10 10 10 10

Goodmornings
90kg x 5
100kg x 5
110kg x 3

Bb curl (60s)
52.5kg x 5 5 5 5 5

Hang raise from a bar 25kg x 40seconds

Decent workout! Deadlifts are my kryptonite! The second part of the lift is where i struggle so ive incorporated goodmornings to assist with the hip drive element!

My bodyweight exercises such as pullups/dips/pushups etc are fairly decent so the pullups were a welcome addition haha!
I also enjoyed the stretch at the end- lats enjoyed!

Looking awesome for a natty mate, as mentioned - great inspiration for us and tehjuicers! :)

Cheers fella! Even though i only have 4 years of experience, if i can inspire or assist any newbie trainers then that will be a bonus! If anyone wants advice, drop me a pm!

#rant of the day - the bbc announcing how protein supplemens are dangerous! If anyone has been on facebook, you'll know how strong my views have been on the panorama episode. I just feel the government are indoctrinating the nation, in order to justify the tax increase on sports supplements in october.
