Dunno what to make of todays session. I was planning on staying in but felt depressed as fuck so dragged myself out.

Problem is @Dig that I've ran outta data on phone so i couldn't do what you asked. Blagged the whole thing tbh. No WiFi in gym so guessed it all.

FitNotes Workout - Monday 27th March 2017

** Barbell Squat **
- 20.0 kgs x 5 reps
- 60.0 kgs x 3 reps
- 90.0 kgs x 3 reps

Straps up, wraps on
- 120.0 kgs x 2 reps
- 140.0 kgs x 2 reps
- 170.0 kgs x 2 reps

Piece of piss but i nearly fell forward coming up which wasn't great. Depth isn't quite there but I've been told it'll come with time and suit breaking in.
- 200.0 kgs x 3 reps

- 220.0 kgs x 1 rep

Got a spotter. He said he shit himself with how slow i was descending. No way am i coming up. Anyway it was fucking piss. Only didn't do more because i think I've bust my eye and feet were on fire. Never experienced that before tbh!

** Leg Press **
- 160.0 kgs x 8 reps
- 220.0 kgs x 6 reps
- 250.0 kgs x 12 reps pb

Feel better for going now. 250kg comp target is definitely alive and kicking. Problem is im running outta space on the bar!

Dunno mate, it's calmed down a little. Was just twitching for a bit after. Fucking horrible going down so slow and controlled with breathe held. So much pressure. And feet. Jesus h, they felt like i was being rammed into the floor.

Fuck knows what 250kg is gonna feel like.
 
So why not try to build up with sets of reps instead of going trying to kill your self with 1rep maxes
I will be doing mate. I was meant to do 3s today but no signal so had to wing it.

I know my benchmark now though so when i do my own programming in a short while I'll know what percentages to hit
 
Got a Titan fury shirt arrive today in a size 42. It's fucking tiny! As with metal, it just won't go past forearms. This feels much much tighter though. Prob gonna be a comp fit shirt tbh and one I'll train in during 10 week prep.

With that in mind i have an Titan F6 coming that is a size 46 that I'll use for off season training and generally getting used to shit. Lads who i train with have 3 different fits for various sessions so should do me well. Also gonna dig out slingshot again for when I'm on my own (unless i can get F6 on my own) If i can get money back on metal i will, if not I'll get another and prob sell it as I've lost all faith in it now. 200kg target on bar and bang goes the shirt. Ffs not good.

Got some compression cuffs in the loft too that I've never used so gonna get those out. Elbows are in absolute bits ATM to the point in struggling benching massively. Bloody painful!

BB CURL- 27.5x10, 20 x 2 sets of 11 and 9

Done. I thought the tighter the suit the better the lift and assistance. How wrong was i. Had it super tight for 180 and i could barely get to touch the bar. Went up so so slow.

Then i loosened it off and much better.

Dunno how long left with @Dig (if this is last week or next week?) But all of my programming is pretty much sorted now.

I can't gauge bench 1rm as i did 7x3 at 120 to approx 3 board in a fairly loose shirt so I'll say it's approx 140 for now.

Squat true is 220 with ease so gonna go say 230 for 1

Deadlift I'm saying 215 as done 210 first time.

So those will be my figures for my off season cycle.

According to 10/20/life vol 2, off season is more rpe based than working percentages so we'll see how i get on with it. Real fun will start during the 10 week peak.

Gonna train with local lads Sunday afternoon and get into a shirt. Prob the loose one and save the tighter one when i get used to things a little. Must say I'm very confident of a decent squat come aug but my bench is concerning. Elbow is very bad ATM so need to go easy.
 
New shirt came today (titan f9) and it fits a treat.

Got a fury in 42 other day and it's so fucking tight I'm sending it back. Beyond tight tbh. The f9 in 46 is cracking though. Just squeezes on past elbows and is nice and tight on chest.

Awaiting answers from metal still but I've lost faith now so want a refund.

10 weeks training all mapped out though for lead up to wedding which will be classed as off season. Prob go tomorrow and do some bench work in shirt and then meet a few Sunday for squats and deads
 
We're off to Rotherham Saturday mate if you want to do some raw lifting.
