Pct Protocols

Last PCT I ran was HCG/HMG for a few weeks then clomid/nolva for 6 weeks. Did not recover for shit, on a waiting list to see the endocrinologist at the moment.

So not got to worry about pct :-)

Can I ask was this from previous use that you had to go on trt or just naturally low test

Couldnt really say tbh.
Had used AAS previously but may have end up with low test any way.

Classic symptoms late 30's onward not used AAS for a while prior to that so....

What's the Bulbine all about mate? Haven't heard of it before, will have a read about it. How did you arrive at that dose and do you stack anything else with it DAA, any sarms at all?

I got onto Bulbine a few years ago when Extreme Nutrition used it in "ReLoad" their PCT/Test boosting formula, anyone who knew Dougie Black, knows he went to great lengths to make his products the best, so, I gave it a try and by god did it work. For me, I found I got better results than when I used HcG.
That dose is purely from taking 3 x tabs a day and each is 750mg.
No SARMS, but I do have ZMA at night & Vit D3 at 5000iu

bloods here to back up

Thanks for that. Definitely going to add this in then, already use ZMA & vit D3 daily.

bulbine:

BENEFITS OF BULBINE NATALENSIS TABLETS 750MG
  • Potent 750mg tablets
  • Popular South African herb
  • Popular pre-bed supplement
  • Often combined with Zinc and D Aspartic Acid

so not attributing anything what so ever to performance or test levels because they cant by law as there is no proof?
the reviews are a bit on the comical side....

Stuff works great, and you can feel the effects from day one. Immediate boost in strength, you can literaly feel your body growing in recovery,

growing after one day! wow, not even gear offers that.

Not only have I had massive jumps in strength, I have also noticed my stomach fat reducing without anything else in my diet changing.

Time to sack off the tren-ace then

I am 220lbs and have been taking 4 tablets per day for 7 weeks while on a calorie deficit. I have lost fat, maintained muscle and look fuller than I have done so previously. My libido is also high and am feeing more focused while training.

220lb natural.....either the fatest fuck going to weigh 220lbs after 7 weeks on a cut or i should give up and start golf...

Have you used Bulbine?

The fact that people have used it and found benefits is not enough? So there MUST be scientific evidence to back it up, or its worthless?

Can you explain then, why Bodybuilders were using AAS for decades BEFORE science agreed that they had performance benefits?

I agree, the comments on BP reviews are on the comical side...but then, they might be made 'tongue-in-cheek'? - just a thought...

keep on topic, this is about herbal supplements mate

ZMA has studies
Creatine has hundreds of studies

Bulbine has been tested on rats only...are you a rat?

In a study performed by the Centre of Phytomedicine Research, Department of Botany, University of Fort Hare, Alice, South Africa, Rodents receiving Bulbine Natalensis had a serum testosterone level equal to 347% of the control group. In that same group, estrogen was 35% lower, and it even outperformed viagra (sildenafil) for libido enhancement. In other words, 347% more testosterone, 35% less estrogen, and greater sex drive than the control group, all from doses of Bulbine Natalensis of between 25mg and 50mg per kg of bodyweight.

Who could benefit from using Bulbine Natalensis?

It's very, very early and Bulbine Natalensis is very fresh to the market so there's a lack of human study data from which to derive information

This is on topic though, or is English Comp not a strong point?
Herbal supps in general is a different conversation. We are talking Bulbine here.
I have used it, as have many others and found it works.
Have you used it? If not, and you just won't use anything without scientific studies, then fine, that's your call.
The question still counts regarding AAS though (albeit, off topic). Bodybuilders have used various supplemental aids over the decades without scientific studies.
You quote creatine, bodybuilders were using that before the science proved it works.
Same with AAS.

I wouldn't be surprised if, in a few years studies were done on humans and proved it's efficaciousness. Based on the anecdotal usage by athletes

It's entirely your choice to wait

Yeah I wouldn't ever take those 'reviews' seriously, I swear that some people think saying stuff like will lead to them receiving extra discounts from the retailer. I think MP actually does give incentives for reviewing their products, could be mistaken. In terms of PCT though, for 20 something quid I'll chuck the bulbine in, it won't replace current plans but sounds like it could be worth a try.

It wouldn't surprise me.
Whilst I've found it to work, I would never seriously say "time to drop the tren!"
