Update of current goals and aims.

Current Goals for coming 4-6 months

Weights
50 pull ups underhand (BW)
75 push ups
50 dips (BW)
200kg Rack Pulls x 5
100kg Bench x 5
100kg Squat x 30

Cardio Goals
5 mile run in 55mins
10 mile cycle in 1hr (poss to be changed, yet to do trial)
1 mile sprint in 7mins
12 min endurance test on treadmill - aim for 2400 - 2800m


Heart rate and BP will be logged every Sunday before refeed.
Measurements @ waist , thigh, bicep, chest, calf every 4 weeks
Skip load starting at 8 hrs, carb sources to be varied to see what differences occur.
 
Enjoy the journey, nothing beats having control over your body and shaping it how you see fit:)

Cheers Con, spent many weeks playing with ideas..just need the direction to stick with it now til the end goal.

Cardio done today. Fasted.

1hr incline walk. Bpm between 130 and 145.

Daily feed will take place 12 and 8pm.

Pretty simple diet. Eggs, steak, fish (lots of fish) and veg/salad. Veg when I can be bothered to cook it, salad when not. And ofcourse evoo and Udo oil. Will also be adding in green powder as soon as my bank account looks healthy enough to buy some. Prob 2 weeks on payday.

Using whey during the day and casein with pb before bed.

Calorie intake will be around 1750 - 1900 calories. I know some might say this is low but I don't see it being an issue when carrying 20% + bodyfat. If I'm wrong, it will just be another thing I learn from.

Cardio tomorrow am pre feed and weights tomorrow night. Starting where I left off last session so it's chest and tris.
 
Doing the same you're doing, in quite a similar way actually.

Ah really , will have to check it out...once I get off FIFA that is ;)

Just about to sit down to 400g White fish and salad.

Change of plans Tomo, been called to work, so will slot Cardio in post workout.
