2026 training goals

Curious to know - do you guys have any specific training goals for 2026?

I am cutting over the next 3 months. Looking to shift 8-10kgs of body fat.
 
2lbs a week is a good pace, shouldn't lose any muscle and performance should stay high throughout. What is your starting point?

For me, gain as much muscle as possible before starting prep again
 
Starting at 90kgs (183cm). Idea is to get as closer to 80kg first. Plan to keep lifting heavy and keep up the protein intake to minimise any muscle loss.

Nice—my goal for 2026 is to lean out too, aiming for a steady cut while maintaining muscle and strength.
