I have decided to start a little log of what I am doing as I look to compete in a natural show next summer. I love BB, love living like a BB’er so it’s time to try and resemble one. I’m going to log as much as I can as a reference point to myself and this should help me stay true to what I should be doing and not piss about with my eating/training. I am only a little bloke and have done some extreme dieting recently so I have no strength atm. I have done a couple of photo shoots so staying lean is a priority for me, so ballooning up isn’t going to happen. The aim is to gain around 1-2lbs per week.
Lifting/Conditioning will be:
Quads, Hams.
Chest, Arms.
Rest.
Back, Abs, Calves.
Delts, Traps.
Rest and then repeat.
400 calorie SSCV 2xweek.
I will do a 5x5 compound per workout, followed by a few isolation exercises in the 8-12 rep range. 3 exercises for the larger muscle group and usually 2 for the smaller.
Macros: 190-210g Pro, 330gish Cho, 60-70g Fat. 1 High day where cho is increased to 430g.
I will reassess each week and hopefully bump up the numbers as I am ravenous on this food. I will try to weigh myself daily, as I never weigh myself, ever. Also expect some regular food porn and pictures will be uploaded every 2 weeks, again as reference for little me.
