Just ordered a tub of chain'd out, i was going to order extend, but after reading some reviews on this i decided to give it a go, has anyone else used this before.

I used purple wrath a couple of years back and it upset my stomach, solid formula no doubt there.

I have used purple wraath before, it is very good if not a little expensive, it can make your skin itchy at first due to the beta alanine in it, feels like ants biting you all over, it effects my face the most.

I make my own using myproteins peptopro and beta alanine. you get so much more for less. 30g peptopro, 5g beta a, 50g wms/dex mic and 10g glutamine.
