Contains beta alanine, l-tyrosine, caffeine amoungst others...
Peach tea flavour.
The flavour was something new to me, usually you get a orange or berry type of pond water but this was a lighter taste. Bit of a tang to it but thats expected.
I dont use pre-workout supps usually so using this i noticed a buzz as i pottered around the gym.
Hard to evaluate something on one sample for a product of this type but i'd use again.
