Before & After 12 Months

So I started off at 14.11lbs May 2021 after 8 years without any exercise what so ever (My business and having 4 kids got in the way) Been going at it for 12 months and I’m at 17.5 Stone. I did get to 18.4 stone at one point but that was down to a lot of water retention.

Not sure whether to carry on bulking for another 12 months. Or I might do a cut after my holiday in June for 12 weeks and go again on the bulk in September. Haven’t seen my abs in 10 years so would nice to see them again at some point lol.

On the whole though feeling much better about myself, feel a lot more positive and confident too.

You'd look very good if you decided get some abs showing
 
It’s great getting that confidence back isn’t it mate. I’m super psyched for you and you’ve made some fantastic gains. If you wanna lean out just be sensible add some cardio minimally and brush up the diet slightly. Smallest things go a long way. Big well done and keep it up.

Top work mate, a lot of progress there.
I pretty much have the exact same story as you, 8 years off and been back it now a little over a year

Haven't got any before pics but just imagine a skinny little Italian man.
This was taken and the end of my last blast. Done 7 weeks on trt and now two weeks into the next blast now. Im no bigger though, probably holding a little more fat now tbh but I'm working on it.

First one was last June prepping for a comp, so obvs a little depleted
Second pic is a few weeks back after a really good year of diet and training
Back has always been a weak point so really been trying hard to work on it

Train it hard as poss every 4-5 days
Been watching a lot of YouTube vids on how to engage the lats properly
Hypertrophy coach, John Meadows are very good
I've stopped doing conventional pulldowns and include more chest supported exercises

Interesting. What's wrong with a pull down?
