Best bodybuilding advice I have ever heard...

greg valentino does know his stuff its just difficult to take him seriously
 
Just got to filter the gold from the garbage with him.

As Russ said, knows his stuff but likes the sound of his own voice.

ive just watched it through, ive seen it before but he actaully talks alot of sense.

where he adresses what pros do. it amazes me that people still think there is a secret that pros do that we dont

I admit though before i bothered hearing anything he had to stay i just jumped on the bandwagon and wrote him off as the synthol guy that talks sh*t etc etc, which was pretty stupid because he clearly has a lot to offer knowledge wise, and is pretty straight talking.
 
Gregg Valentino looked great before he did that to himself, shame.

Alex he is a synthol guy that talks sh1t but he also has a lot to offer knowledge wise and talks straight... :D
 
Gregg has got some bad press, But as others have said def knows his sh1t and talks alot of sense about a lot of things


Sure, he pumped his body full of synthol, but if he hadnt he wouldnt have had none of the press, the programmes made about him and the money and women..

Best bit of advice I got was in relation to post workout. Never, ever, underestimate the anabolic properties of a Mars Bar. Good for you and Yummy also :)

Shows that you cant even grasp this piece of advice because its PRIOR workout not post workout.
You miss the whole androgenic benefit and only get the anabolic benefit if you take it post workout.

Of course it would! Duh!

That said, it does depend how far you are prepared to push the envelope. Incredible gains but they come at a price. Certainly not for the recreational trainer.
 
i watched and listened for a few seconds, but all i could hear in my head was
