Got back from Sweden early yesterday morning, absolutely fucked, off to Poland tomorrow and Sweden the week after. Meh!

Got 2 sessions in today but we're generally piss poor, so tired.

Got back from Poland today, long days and no training, just got my first session back in.

Going to try to train everyday, multiple times until Monday when I'm off to Sweden. This is a bit of a different trip tho so should be able to find a gym.

Anyway, nothing ground breaking but pleased with incline bench.

The pressups were actually superset with plate Press.
 
Just in the gym, feeling like absolute shit, got a skull splitting headache, thought I'd take a couple of selfies.

Not sure how I've managed to stay in reasonable nick over the last few weeks with shitty training and diet not 100%

Doubt I'll finish this session as it feels like I'm gonna pass out any minute! Think I might be getting ill ...

Just in the gym doing legs, not enjoying it as usual lol, I don't think my legs are too bad considering I don't enjoy training them at all? Some outside feedback is welcome ...
