I have always sad it's great for weight loss I tend to have salt and pepper on my chips and never put on weight the moment I forget the pepper or the tight wads at weatherspoons haven't topped up the condaments section with pepper I put ilon loads of weight

I didn't know about that but I love love black pepper and salt on my meals :D
