I'm going to do PCA novice class (only.competed as first timer before) and if i look good i will try 2bros classic. Im prepping myself (poor) so still experimenting with gear food supps etc
@Hilly thanks buddy, i do PPLPPL and take days off when i feel like it. However i do very high volume eg. Not including warmups - push day 12 sets chest 10 sets shoulders 10 sets tris. Back 20+ sets. Legs 25+sets. Many say its too much but works for me.
Current diet at start of prep is
150g oats 50g whey
250g egg whites 30g whey 30g peanut butter
200g rice 180g beef 15g olive oil
200g rice 180g turkey 15g olive oil
Intra 80g hbcd 20g eaa 20g glut 5g creatine
Post 150g cocopops 1 bagel 50g whey
100g oats 30g whey 30g casein 30g peanut butter
I gradually drop carbs and up cardio
Aim for 1kg drop a week. Currently 119.5kg and last show was around 100kg. 6ft2
@Hilly yeah i try keep it simple. You dont think one 19nor after another isnr too much? I dont like using orals so only did last 4 weeka before

I wouldn’t bother with EQ at that dose or for that length. Just do NPP at 600
