I believe after my workouts my cortisol/estrogen and possibly prolactin levels shoot up and remain high for long periods I gain weight almost overnight in water and my left nipple gets sensitive and puffy and weak erections... if I take a week off from lifting and eat like a pig gluttonous the water weight shifts... my nipple deflates and my erections return.
when I'm on a cut it's at it's worst I don't noticed it just as bad bulking as i'm eating plentiful and probably boosting my testosterone...
What is the perfect foods/supps/diet to be on for someone with this kind of issue ? for example if I'm cutting what foods should I be eating and supps to keep testosterone high and those other ones at bay?
