Anyone use these? 12g of protein per pot nearly fat free although they do contain 18g of sugar.
ive been eating them post workout and they are lush, I eat the blueberry or passion fruit layer ones.
Are these good for post workout?

I would add a bit more protein if you don't have a shake as well though.
