Anyone use these? 12g of protein per pot nearly fat free although they do contain 18g of sugar.

ive been eating them post workout and they are lush, I eat the blueberry or passion fruit layer ones.

Are these good for post workout?

Depends on how may you are eating, 12g's of protein isn't really enough so this would mean eating 3 or 4 of them an that's like 54 or 72g's of sugar. Maybe as a treat but this is the reason I hate the whole low fat 0% fat labels on food when they have to fill them full of sugar to make them taste good. To add prospective a 500ml bottle of Coca-Cola cantains 53g's of sugar.

Can see it doing any harm personally if it fits your macros, I'd skip the sugar and have another scoop of whey or if you feel the need to eat what about quark and mix your whey

I bought them for missus as small snacks when in a rush, I ate most of them cos they taste nice :)

Probably the best time to have that sort of thing, my personal favourite is Mr Kipling Bakewell Tarts  I would add a bit more protein if you don't have a shake as well though.

Don't like quark mate and these are good post work out.

That's what I was thinking, still learning about post workout meals as I only ever used to have a protein shake but thought having one of these aswell as the shake would be good.

Apparently contrary to belief we hardly deplete glycogen with training like a lot think, but theres nothing wrong with a sensible amount of sugars pre or post workout imo, i actually get on with sugars and look better than when taking the slower burning complex variety....

Yeo valley greek style yoghurt with honey, pile it into my daily shake with, strawberries, frozen rasps, water and 3 scoops of whey. Awesome, delicious, nutritious and i don't give a shit about the sugar! I will look out for these Danio one's though, they sound the biz.:)

They are lush mate, it has a layer of fruit on the bottom of the carton with really thick yogurt on top.
I'm not a yogurt fan but these are the dogs gonads.
