TBF you don't look drastically different to a year ago.
Yes lost some muscle gained some fat but it's not like you totally changed for the worse.

April 21st is 2 years since last blast - June would be 2 years since pct start....

It has flown by.

I will take that as a compliment :) - just the motivation issues which probably held me back however as you say I am not to bad, but arms lost 2 inches even though were small anyways hah..

Only way I can get better is just being consistent isnt it :)

Well it feels it when relaxed and stuff, hence why I still wanna lose fat (as always) lol

diet is alot better in respect to sweets/crisps but still need make better choices for main meals but step by step :)
 
MY appetite is terrible, never want to eat to afternoon..get nausea easily also..

but if I eat bad I could eat lots in one go but the actuall eating daily I struggle with, once joked that a nutrient drip would be ideal lol

Example

eating cold foods in day I struggle and even if at home might not eat for ages, however dinner/pwo is normally biggest meal as can take my time and eat it

I've also got a fairly small appetite so know what you mean. Haven't been trying to gain any size for some time now but back when I was and piling in food every few hours I really struggled. Morning cardio definitely helped though, does that work for you?

On the plus side I've found dieting fairly easy on the few occasions I've done it.

Morning cardio what is that lol....do not do cardio! but starting as quit fags and wanna be fitter, unrelated to fat loss goals.

I suffer no appetite but then I get really bad binges, probably due to lack of food in the day.

If I do fasting to 1pm but make sure nutrition is planned, i.e 2 x pro/fat meals, intra/pwo and massive carb heavy dinner I am fine, think I am do this until I feel ready to eat upon waking (not been for 3 years now)

but say I forget some food I really struggle later on then crave/lazy and eat shit, been better recently but still loads of work to improve.

I think consistency is the thing that lets most of us down one way or another.

I use the term cardio loosely. 20 mins light cross trainer seems to increase my appetite a bit and that's not too much effort.

Is it just a case of remembering to eat? If so maybe set an alarm on your phone or something. Do you prepare food in advance?

Not remembering isnt an issue, I just hate eating in mornings as used to ruin my guts no matter what, Today I ate at 1030am, but yesturday was 230pm, if working I usually fast to 1030am or 1pm. not for fat loss but for my lifestyle and preference.

Food prep has been a nightmare for a long time simply as werent going gym as much so got lazy, however preparing diets and easy to stuff now entered the TM comp.

Example I may prepare chicken/avocado for 2 meals at work, whey, fruit, oats. but always take extra shake just incase.

Simple then as only 2 meals to prepare.

But work is all over place this week due to like 4 appointments at clinics and sleep studys so wont prepare nothing really
 
just bought a blender and have made some blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, kiwi, oats, water and choco orange smoothies which are nice and gets some fruits in, but not sure how guts would be in the am.

A pet hate is having shits at work lol, I had big issues with guts few years back and seems this way doesnt hurt it, optimal for gains of course not lol

After all that talk of fasting, I have received my meal plan from James Collier as per deal of spending £50 on the MT shop.

Eat start from waking but all my questionaire points were done well and actually looks easy to follow so will be starting this from Saturday :)

be good to try and see how I get on.

Well it was free with an order from MT shop, they advertise on here also....

Just worked out macros

have lots of items of fruit - used apples for ease of use on working out but will mix between blueberries, apples, kiwi etc
Training days
2499 cals
278g protein
208g carbs
61g fats. (this will vary when use steaks instead of chicken etc)

Veg calories not included in this.

Con, ive been off for 10 months and 9 days now. Would you say that i've lost everything that i would have done by this stage, or am i not out of the woods yet?

Probably pretty good now assuming your hormones have rebounded correctly.

I am not con, but you say libido is fine, you feel good, enjoying training and not lost much so I would say you would have recovered...

but who knows, you should blag some bloods.

go docs say you want hormones tested, say you feel weak, achy, no sex drive and its effecting my marriage etc.
