Exaclty this I was just too lazy to type it lolAs @Galaxy said it seems to be a bit too perfect. Instead of dropping weight in sets 4 or 5, stay with it and see if you can get 7-8 reps. That'll soon be ten anyway. At least you'll know if you've hit muscular failure then

If you keep stopping at ten then intensity imo is too low...
