First Cycle Pain

all above good points and things to do but tbh it just sounds like pinning 'virgin' sites to me.
the tissue not used to a bulb of oil being pushed in.
if you think about it sticking a needle in and squeezing a bulb of oil in... well your gonner feel it.
if its like a dead leg type ache it's quite normal imo.

thigh will prob be worse.

Yea seems to be the general consensus, as I say I'll stick it out for a few more weeks and hopefully it dies down cause I don't wanna start having a legit excuse to skip leg day
