For those that have become truly shredded (that guy at the shows that simply stands out compared to all others due to his leanness) how much weight did you have to drop.
Lets say a 200lb man at 10% in THEORY would need to drop 12lb to be at 4% (no one is getting much leaner than that. I think Meadows hit 3.7% and you don't see anyone leaner than him).
Of course this does not happen and you end up losing a lot more.
My personal observation is that I lose 1lb lean tissue (not just muscle but overall lean weight) for 2lb of fat in order to get down to 7% (drug free obviously it's different if you add chemicals into the mix) But I never gone lower than that.
I would imagine once you hit 6% you would start losing gross amounts of muscle in relation to body fat?

damn. Kick in the teeth. Am I right in saying you were most peeled in first show? Could have possibly won it if you dent lose muscle?
