Probably also worth mentioning here with regards to water and fat when it comes to weight lost:
Water is stored in 2 places: the subcutaneous layer AND in muscle. If you are truly shredded to the bone, you will not have any subQ fat to store water in and it will ONLY be stored in the muscle which is where you want it.
Which is why when people are fat(ter), they will have higher fluctuations in bodyweight from morning to evening and they will look noticeably leaner when they wake up as opposed to just before bed.
Which is another reason why guys who arent in proper shape always look "watery" on stage. It is a combination of being too fat and then watery. If youre fat, well, youre fat lol so will look smooth on stage. Then if you take in fluid it will be stored in subQ and you will look even more watery.
Get a truly shredded mofo on stage and you can give them all the water you want, they will still look dry as anything as there is no subQ fat for the water to be stored in. In fact, the more water the better as it will most probably just all go to the muscle (or out of urethra) and they will look fuller and fuller.
Which is another reason why diuretics IMO are dumb. Just get in proper shape. Get rid of all subQ fat. No need for diuretics and fucking yourself up.
As you diet down, you will notice that the difference in bodyweight and visible condition fluctuations will become lesser and lesser between morning and evening as you have less subQ fat and store less water in the subQ layer. And that is a good measure for condition also IMO. If your daily weight over the hours doesnt change much all whilst your chugging gallons of the stuff, chances are it is because you are getting pretty darn lean!

I " cheat" in this way too. Conman posted some peeled dude having a body pod on camera coming out 6.2% IIRC.you are one of few with IMO very good genetics so can probably get away with "lesser" condition
BUT ive said it before and im gonna say it again - if conman shows up with ULTRA shredded veins in glutes condition then its lights out game over hand him the trophy once prejudging is over without a doubt
