I've Been usin glutamine for a while now big spoonful about 10g morn maybe 15g and then night too found help with digestion and recovery slightly but not sure if placebo maybe slightly also

Took it out for a couple weeks and noticed not much difference anyone notice much off of it for the price

I would reccomend TAG glutamine its got a way better bioavailablitiy than regular glutamine or glutamine peptides.
Metabolic Nutrition makes it 2 flavors, unflavored and berry.

I'd save your money bro, just my opinion but i've never felt or noticed any difference to me personally taking any of these supps. Think your better off spending your hard earned on more food and forgetting the hype.

exactly what i was thinking im using a kiloa month and thats £20 can get 5kg chicken there and its included in most the whey blends i have anyway

Good whey protein, multivit and good grub is all you need mate. I'm not alone in thinking i'm sure that with a lot of these supps your just pissing good money down the drain, either that or you'd be as well setting fire to it. How some companies get away with the claims they make astounds me to be honest but again just the opinion of an ol tight arse scot lol!

i use a lot and find benefit of them but only through my sponsors and love having this option to trial things out see what work but when it comes down to what the essentials are i would agree whey a good carb source post workout and in off season when less veg due to eating so much a multi is essential

i would personally recommend spending your money on food Ollie, like you said thats 5KG of chicken. IMO only really beneficial when dieting down and super fatigued. I would invest in either food, or a more affective supplement.

Glutamine does help with a variety of physiological functions in a very real way, but the thing is it's a really common amino acid in most high protein foods so chances are you are already getting most of the benefit from dietary glutamine already.

Most amino supp's like that have the most obvious effect in low protein diets where they make up for a dietary shortfall of the relevant amino. Glutamine is a great supp for those on low-moderate protein veggie and vegan diets or similar.
