Thanks buddy :) glad you've enjoyed the read always felt my journals are boring [emoji23]. Yeah I was really happy with condition tbh reckon it can be even better for finals tho [emoji123]

@Righty just had second meal of the day. Chicken and rice [emoji23]. However I've seen the menu for where I'm taking my missus tonight and it has a PIZZA BURGER [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7] so think I might indulge [emoji51]

The thing that strikes me here is you've adopted the lifestyle, see so many sacrifice themselves into a prep only to look like they don't even train 4 weeks post comp.

Controlling any rebound and keeping a lean start position are

1. A great testament to willpower
2. An awesome mindset to see the big picture.

Well done again.

I genuinely do love the lifestyle honestly. I love all the food I eat. I want more sometimes don't get me wrong [emoji23]. And I like the odd indulgence like last nights pizza and tonight's meal out with the missus but it's more for social than anything.

I got bought loads of junk food for after my show which is now just going to collect dust lol.
