Bodybuilding is all about progress—but if you’re not tracking your workouts, you’re leaving gains on the table.

I agree - Fitness trackers can be extremely helpful. However I don't personally use fitness trackers since I don't need to. Sure they'd be helpful but I prefer not to be wearing a watch (or something) every single day.
When I used to have a fitness tracker, it became an obsession and I had to take it with me wherever I went. Therefore I decided to stop using it altogether.

Alternatively, I have a question about this topic. That is, I'd once tried to track my workouts manually (writing down what I did after each session) but eventually since this is a long and grueling task I'd stopped. Is there any easier way to track my workouts or any trick to help me stick to tracking my workouts?

(I think tracking workouts is helpful since I can then remember what I did on the previous occasions and try to beat PRs)

I have always trained instinctively, never counting sets or reps; just going as high as I can on both until I could not go on. But I do use apps or trackers, to see where I finished, and to try to exceed those marks on the next workout. It served me well in my signature feature...my thighs....but as far as upper body, I never really had one, more of a runners build, but perfect for my life! :)
