I don't reckon so buddy ur clued up on the effects and I find when taking gear it's generally people that are already ass holes that turn into bigger ass holes lol. I think it's well worth it to be fair and honest. Ifor taken correctly the change is emmense. Happy days

Yeah i kinda know what to expect etc , i found that if your a knob head steroids will only make you a bigger knobhead ! im quite calm and reserved so as long as i know what to expect i can have some control over it. just got to be patient now and wiat for it to kick in ha !

Hitting legs tonight will look something like

Lying Ham Curls x RP Set
Then 1 Higher Rep set

Back Squats (Not Done these in a while)
2 Sets (6-8) - (12-15)

Seated Hammer leg Press

Work up to a 6-8 max for set 1
set 2 12-15
set 3 20+

Dumbbells SLDL
3 Working sets 2 in 6-8 rep range and 1 in the 12-15 range

Leg Ext
Set 1 Work up to a 12 rep Max Set 1
Set 2 reduce weight slight and match or beat reps.

Pendulm Squat

Set 1 10-15
Set 2 Widowmaker 20 +

Calves

Abs

Cardio
 
Legs last night

Was feeling fucked before I git ti the gym hunger is start to kick in now and body felt abit battered but cracked on anyway was a so so session.

Lying Ham Curl

RP Set 12+ pin 7 x7,4,1 (12)
Rp high rep (20+) pin 6 x 10,5,5

Back squats

Set 1 (6-8) 130kg x 8
Set 2 (6-8) 130kg x 8
Set 3 (10-12) 110kg x 10

Note* First time doing these in a month or 2 , was happy to get 130 kg x 8 will rotate these in now and really try to progress and get some decent weight on the bar

Seated Hammer leg press

Set 1 140kg x 10
Set 2 120kg x 15

Note * these hammer my knees at heavier weight may drop them out or try to progress in higher rep ranges

Db sldl

46kg x 8
46kg x 8
40kg x 4 fail ( lower back was taking too much strain so called it a day with these)

Leg Ext

45kg x 12
40kg x 15
35kg x 14
.legs were fried at this point

Calf's

Seated calf raise ss standing calf

50kg x 14 sack +40kg x 15

Missed abs out as I was fucked at this point

Just did 15 min cardio at the end of the he session too

One arm hammer row
Deadlift
Bent over Db rows
High Lat Pulldown ( one arm at a time)
Standing Db curls rp
High cable curls

Hit 180kg x 6 on deads
And 150kg x 11

Progressed all movements

Strength is really starting to creep up now ! Would love to hit a 200kg x 10 on deads in the next 10 weeks !

50 mins cardio done today

Loaded up on carbs on Sunday 2lb increase this morning so will see how many days it takes my weight to drop after the load ! If it dosnt drop lower than my baseline by Wednesday I won't load this weekend
