Hey buddy, it depends on what my fishmonger has typically it's Alaskan, but sometimes he can't get it when seasons change and he is beaten to it at the main fish markets. In that instance it's keta, which is higher in astaxanthin but lower in omega 3.
I use a capsulated garlic, I can't remember the type but it did show positives in a few studies at improving heart function, that alongside vit k helped prevent plaque being laid down, which is a big cause for heart attacks.

One change I made the last 20 weeks to my leg training , I stiff leg deadlifted twice a week every week. I stopped conventional deads as my back thickness wasn't improving from them anymore ( that was a personal thing as I feel I have near maxed out my deadlift , that's the only lift I have done that with ) , so Tuesday's main leg session saw 2 sets of high rep sldl work with dumbells towards the end of the session, best I managed was the 80s for 20 reps. This induced a panic attack with breathing every time but It got done. I always did a curl before and after the ham work, again both were in 15-20 range as this was light hams after my heavy quad work.
On a Friday night , after having done arms in the am. I did heavy hams. Always started with a heavy curl rest paused 8-4-2 into forced rep them eccentric failure , something brutal. Then it was two heavy sets of barbell sldl. I got these to 280kg x 6 and then a back off set of 220 x 12
Then another rest pause Ham curl variation.

I did these every week for 20 weeks , beat my lifts all the way through , and then once got the fat off they are what was left so was super happy.
Moving forward I will aim to beat my heavy sldl , 300 x 8 is my target.
And then I want to master a sldl muscle round, I feel a cluster set is now a great
Approach to added hypertrophy as I feel I have maxed my high rep sets , I just can't beat
The 80kg db for 20 reps , so I need a way of growing in my second session of the week that isn't just more heavy work. So a cluster set is that, 6 sets of 4 reps , 10 seconds rest between.
I will flop flop each week between db and barbell, looking to drive both the heavy numbers up and muscle round numbers up. And then we shall see the potential gains that will bring :)
Try doing that for 4-5 months and see what happens to ur hams. It's impossible for them not to get a lot better , it will make you panic breath though and fear for your life haha , so be warned
 
I'd never had a blood value out of whack in 5 years up until recently and even then it was Glucagon..... Nothing you'd expect from steroid use. Granted I'm nowhere near his size but to suggest just because he uses PEDS his blood markers will be screwed is nonsense.



Some people just have a much higher tolerance to drugs. We don't all go to shit off one oral cycle like some unlucky fuckers.

Maybe, but your not a competitor in the Universe. That's a different animal. I've seen someone's bloods after they competed in that and to get to that level it's a given some will be at risk. This is a generalisation as to the risks at this level not to any particular person, of course you'll get a lucky few but I'd put money on majority on the final stage needing a break to settle bloods straight after their final comp for the season.
 
@xjpx we know you were working with milos for the last prep but any speculation on future plans? Going to prep your self or will you be looking to work with someone new?
 
How do you know your rbc goes out of whack on that much eq? Do you get bloods?

If so how do you get the rbc down on that amount of gear

You seem really positive no matter what gets thrown your way.

As for the Curcumin, just had a quick look at that myself.
Any brands you recommend ?

We plan to keep this next phase V simple : I have Corinne who has a v Gd eye for my body now , she has seen so many preps and so many growth spurts and still I haven't got as lean as she can or look as Gd or train as hard as she can, so now I listen to her when she tells me her opinion - I think it carries some serious weight seeing the level she competes at in both physique and POwerliftng . If she says slow down on the weight , or let's push up , I will do just that :)
And then I'm lucky that I'm good friends with DR Scott Stevenson, who is just a tremendous human being so if me/Corinne are stuck , he is my go to for the smarts :)

Always bloods, always always . I give blood if rbc is high ....
You can't guess blood work and if rbc is high you can only knock It down giving blood

Have you examples of this mate mate by any chance? I give blood as much as i can( every 3 months) without having a script or whatever and assumed that would keep it reasonable i know its still guess work but if bp etc is in check should be ok i would of thought as far as high rbc goes

Examples of what?
Get bloods done , if rbc is high , give blood.
Get bloods done again and compare to see what you're rbc has done ...
