Its going, but thats about it mate.....

I went a bought a shed load of spices and super low carb sauces to help...never beena big fan of mackerall, a bit too fishy lol

Where do you live bud, roughly

had to fry it with onion and tomatoes, if you like flavoursome foods then dieting is a bitch, i'm based in Brum
 
Will have to grab a session some time. Yeah i do love my food so im going to have to be inventive on this diet
 
i must admit it is very handy having a fridge in the living room, my appetite has gone through the roof:thumb:
