I am going to log my full of season which will officially get underway November 5th. Going to have a chilled week post show. Train for fun and post show pump and eat some fun foods. Then its all systems go. No idea what show i am doing next year but it will be around 12 months away.
 
Just finished a competitive season with PCA and was very happy with the look i achieved this year

Diet to start is as follows

Training Day

1. 40p 50c
2. 40p 50c
3. 40p 50c
4. 40p 50c
Post workout shake. 1 scoop EAA, 1 scoop isolate, 25grams karbomax
Post workout meal. 40p 67c
6. 40p 50c

Non-training day

1. 40p 44c
2. 40p 40c
3. 40p 40c
4. 40p 40c
5. 40p 40c
6. 40p 40c

The diet is not zero fat im just getting it from my other food sources. 3 of my 6 meals a day will come from fatty red meat and chicken/turkey thighs. Also a couple of carb meals will be from granola.

What will your offseason cycle and training look like mate, also what health supps will you be using along the way?
 
Suspect coming off diet and associated meds wants to gradually ease into the calories back in.
