Hello people

It’s been a long year and a half of doing nothing. I’m skinny. I’m soft. I’m ready to get back to training albeit for a strange reason.

10 days ago a lad started on me in the loos that was about 6”4 and 120k and I wouldn’t hit him back so he just punched me 5 times each time I was like are you ok mate what’s the matter

So that obvs annoyed them and they keep chatting about me taking the piss out of him which I didn’t. I then went outside n waited till He left to ask him why it’s still going on. He went one way to distract me and then his mate hit me from behind and stamped on my leg broke it. I’ve got a broken leg in four places. Had surgery and got a two plates in my tibialis and ankle. Since then I’ve been back in the gym doing a standard split body training regiem. No police as there was no evidence and the whole pub stook up for him as it wa their local...

To get things back on track.

Diet is still vegan of course. This will be a log of what I’m doing with lots of banter and fuckery. That being said how is everyone ?

Here’s the breaks and the plate. 12 skrews. Using localised gh shots to oscify the bone. Feels pretty good tbh, done a banging job on surgery. The other pic is after the op.

Had a glimpse of old me this evening.
Managed a decent pump on chest and tris.
Used occlusion bands to great effect I think I’m gonna rate them.
