Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to everyone here

As the year comes to a close, I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s continued to contribute, ask questions, share knowledge and keep this forum alive.

The fitness world has changed a lot over the years and like many long-running forums, we have seen quieter periods. The encouraging news is that after years of decline both active users and new registrations have stabilised over the last six months which is a genuinely positive sign.

Now heading into 2026, this feels like the right moment to build on that stability and make this forum more active, more engaging and more valuable for everyone whether you are a long-time member or someone just finding us.

Posting logs, asking questions, sharing experiences, simply replying to others or even talking about mental well-being, daily wins and struggles all make a difference.

We want this forum to be a safe space where you can just be yourself.

Wishing you all a great holiday season, some well-earned rest and a strong, healthy start to the new year. Let’s make 2026 a great one for this community

Thanks mate. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and a chance to recharge their batteries!

If we can all keep posting, sharing experiences and helping newer members feel welcome, there’s no reason this forum can’t become even more active again.

For sure I have benefitted from the huge database of posts here.

Looking forward to where we go in 2026!

Agree with both posts. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all. I hope this forum does pick up and the good times are back!

Excellent information on all subjects currently, so worth being a member of T Muscle because of that!

As we move into 2026, the shift toward prioritizing mental well-being alongside physical gains is "decoding" the traditional fitness narrative into something much more sustainable and inclusive.
