I've bought a tray of Multipower Fit Protein.

http://www.multipoweruk.com/shop/muscle/fit-protein/

I'm away for a long weekend and wanted a quick easy way to get protein in me and thought this ready to drink stuff would do the trick.

Any views on this product would be interesting please. :)

Where did you get this from pal? I'm going away for 8 days and living off of sandwiches and little in the way of decent food. Don't fancy taking my tub of protien but will if need be.

tastes nice and it will do the job for a weekend

My mate got me a tray, he has a mate who has a supplement company so I got it trade.

Its just very expensive milk.
If you like the taste of it and don't mind the price it will do fine but the same job would be done with a liter of skim milk and some nesquick.

That stuff tastes pretty damn good, they sell it at my gym and i buy it sometimes after a workout.

50g of protein in each bottle too.

I knew I should have spoken to you first! :)

I pay £3.15 a bottle in my gym, it's nice getting an ice cold one as a lazy treat every now and then.
