Myprotein terrible customer service ?

Revived my order a week ago and one of the bags had burst and the powder had come out, I emailed myprotein and sent a picture, emailed them 3 times now with still no response.

I needed the product I had ordered and I have had to order more now from another company so I am out of pocket.

How can such a big company have such bad customer service ?
 
Tell me about it mate. There has been so many threads on UKM about it and quite a few here. @Hilly have your issues been resolved yet?

They just seem to fob people off for as long as possible..
 
I ordered the other day and it came on time no issues. More hit and miss than they used to be, but the customer service is either understaffed or they are lazy.
 
Haven't ordered from them for months but never had a problem. You know what to do next time, buy elsewhere. Think their rep and customer base is slowly going to shit.

My order came on time 2 , only once it hasn't and they refunded my postage
 
There's so many other companies competing for the same business out there now that just having a good product isn't enough, you need to back it up with good service too.

I'm sure there'll be an online apology shortly and they'll ask you if you've phoned etc though, but still not fix it. :)

Think they were supposed to come today but by 2pm they hadn't arrived
 
Fck sake thats a joke. if they didnt come today thats twice they've fcked him off.. christ no excuse for that
 
I've had issues with them not that long ago, ringing up about an order which seemed to have "vanished"... phoning and ringing getting told all sorts... brought it up on uk-m

Seems to me the products are good and delivery is good, but the customer service is ridiculous... I still use them btw

Oh but it wasn't too bad, I was compensated with a £5 off voucher, where I had to make another order to receive it....

Good move.

These issues regarding claims of intermittent lapses in customer service have been raised with myprotein and hopefully there will be a response regarding it.

Fwiw I have genuinely not had any problems at all with my service from them now or ever in the past.

Just out of interest, what carriers have people been using when they have had problems? I'm just wondering if there is an issue with a particular delivery agent.

i live in ireland and always order form them and always get mine within 3 days ..never had a problem
