Have a minor league flu, and this was first day back training alone in the morning before work, but all in all, happy i got up and out the house. First hurdle was getting over the morning funk.

Why are you lifting so light? 20kg, just the bar right?
my ego wants to pretend i made a mistake, but i genuinely was aching from the flu. There was the bar, which was probably 20, and 10 either side, but i generally don't count the bar when I am counting KG. Still have my cough and flu/cold, but am a lot better than I was. Haven't felt this weak in a long time.

if you were on a proper bench with a bar and weights (the bar was 20kg).

feeling a lot better... stronger and more focused. Originally when I started was doing a body-part a week, but tended to find I wasn't able to keep it up. I'm trying a split with a program designed by Neil Hill. I was wiped out after the legs the other day, especially around my adductor/abductor region. I still go in the evening to maintain some kind of cardio, come way may.

I finally reached over 70kg the other day, which was a massive milestone for me.

I need to get more consistent and also use that with my diet too, but I am not going to beat myself up too much. When I fall off the horse, I just want to get back on again, and keep coming back from set backs no matter what.

Fractured my toe the other day, which is a bummer.
 
Had a health scare (throat cancer caught before it was an issue, never smoked before) and been in and out of hospital. Haven't lost much size but my weights fluctuated. Not a great head space.

Broken up with the Mrs and living alone for now. I always trained better single lol.

I want to give this devotion now and finally achieve some goals I've had for a while.

Focusing on this and college.
