Ostrain Strongman Log

I find foam rolling your lower back really helps, I saw a massive improvement once I started doing it, funnily enough the same time I started ortmayer program.

^^ this and lots of glute rolling for me. Taurine didn't do shit even at big amounts. Potassium can help too (but I didn't notice). Lot will depend on why you're getting the pumps. Orals?

No orals. I think it's because I'm gaining weight, also 24 total reps with 200kg is way more volume than I'm used to.
I'll get a roller and see if that helps. Thanks for the replies.

I got the missus to tape my back up with kinesiology tape the other night and that helped. Mine is postural mostly though as I have anterior pelvic tilt. If you've put weight on around your stomach it could be the same thing.

Don't think mines postural, stomach size hasn't changed. I'm going to order a roller and see if that helps. I may give taurine another shot. What dose do people use for back pumps?
